    Coco Candles are thoughtfully crafted using a blend of coconut and soy wax, ensuring a clean and sustainable burn. Our fragrances are free from parabens and toxins, and we are proud to say that our products are cruelty-free. Additionally, for a consistent and soothing burn, we use both cotton and wood wicks in our candles. Your well-being and the environment are at the heart of our creations.
  • Does Coco Candles engage in any sustainability or social responsibility initiatives?
    Absolutely! At Coco Candles, we believe in giving back and ensuring our operations tread lightly on the planet. Our ingredients, like coconut and soy wax, are chosen for their sustainability. Additionally, we donate to uplift women and children in Canada escaping domestic violence. In partnership with a devoted non-profit, we've empowered many on their journey to safety. We are continuously looking for ways to enhance our contributions to society and the environment.
  • Can I find Coco Candles other than online?
    You can certainly find Cococandles beyond our online store! We have a stall at the seasonal St. Albert Farmers Market. We are trying to expand to more markets and local stores. We love connecting with our customers in person, so do drop by and experience our candles firsthand!
  • I just placed an order , can I modify it?
    I'm sorry, but once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to it. If you have any other concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
  • I forgot to enter my promocode at checkout , what can I do?
    I apologize for the inconvenience, but once an order has been placed, we're unable to apply a promo code retrospectively. However, please keep your promo code safe, as you can use it for a future purchase.   • How does it long to process my order?
    Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales, this timeframe might extend slightly.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status and location of your package. If you haven't received your tracking email within a week of placing an order, or need additional assistance, please reach out to our customer service team.
  • What countries to you ship to ?
    Shipping is available to Canada & USA only for a flat rate 14 CAD. Pickup is available free of charge from Edmonton.
  • I received a damaged item , what should I do?
    If you receive any damaged item please contact us immediately at info@cococandles.ca we will give you a full refund to any damaged or faulty item . Damaged item must be returned within 2 weeks of the original purchase date in the same condition as received, including original packing in order to get your refund.
  • How long will my delivery take to arrive?
    All our candles are hand-poured , we usually need 48 hours to dispatch but allow up to 5 days to dispatch your order with extra 7 days for delivery .
  • What is your return policy?
    We do not accept returns if you changed your mind . However, if you receive any damaged item please contact us immediately at info@cococandles.ca we will give you a full refund to any damaged or faulty item . Damaged item must be returned within 2 weeks of the original purchase date in the same condition as received, including original packing in order to get your refund.
